巴西榥榥木药理学分析结论、参考文章及感谢语

结 论

  根据网络药理学对成分-靶点-疾病分析结果预测,巴西榥榥木可能对于消化系统疾病、肿瘤、骨骼肌疾病、肝硬化、呼吸道疾病等有一定的治疗作用。由于数据来源的有限性,网络药理学对于巴西榥榥木药理作用预测可能存在一定的偏差。

  通过差异代谢物的代谢通路富集分析得到四种代谢途径,其中直接或者间接参与体内能量代谢为主要有柠檬酸循环、脂肪酸降解、酮体的合成与降解、雄性激素的同化作用等,均提示其具有增强机体能量代谢的作用。由于数据来源于动物实验,结论比网络药理的数据可靠性更高。

  巴西榥榥木的毒性实验结果表明,巴西榥榥木醇提物安全无毒。药效学验证性实验表明,网络药理学和代谢组学数据分析,对药效学具有一定的提示作用。

  抗疲劳可作为巴西榥榥木今后研究的重点方向之一。
