【英文摘要】 Since the middle of the 1990s, internet has increasingly become
vital information resources in the world community. Its utility ranges
from all fields of our society to each corner of people's lives. And
contemporary college students are those who are influenced most greatly.
It is their sensitivity to and concern about new knowledge and new
information that makes internet culture spread in campuses and combined
with campus culture. Thus a new cultural form, that is, campus network
culture, has emerged.

目前，互联网正以不可阻挡之势席卷全球，而由此衍生出来的网络文化对青少年德育产生了深远的影响。如何使网络文化下的青少年德育健康发展，正是本文的初衷。本文以理论联系实际为指导思想，在剖析网络文化的含义及特征的基础上，指出了网络文化下青少年德育面临的机遇与挑战，最后阐述了网络文化下青少年德育的具体对策：营建良好德育环境；建立新型教师队伍；丰富德育内容；倡导革新的德育方法；建立德育网络体系；加强网络文化的管理机制。
【英文摘要】 Abstract: At present, the internet is overwhelmingly covering the
whole globe. The attendant internet culture is gradually coming into
being, which profoundly influences the moral education for the
youngsters in China. This article aims on how the youngsters?moral
education will follow a benign development path with the unavoidable
internet culture. And this article also holds the key of connecting
theory with blunt facts
