全新视角下的档案整理认识

【摘要】 档案整理工作是整个档案管理活动的核心内容,是提高其他环节档案管理工作质量和效率的基础和前提。正确认识档案整理理论和实践是做好档案整理工作的关键。然而档案整理理论并不是一套永恒不变的科学规则,它伴随着人类社会实践的不断发展而发展,同时又直接影响着档案整理实践的发展及其他档案管理环节理论的确立和技术的发展。因此,档案人员不应该超越各种实践范围而固守原来的理论原则,对档案整理理论和实践的认识也决不能停留在以往认识的基础之上,而应该是一个持续发展的过程。本文所阐述的档案整理相关认识,是在档案实践出现电子档案的整理实践后,在原有传统纸质档案整理理论及电子档案整理现有的研究基础上,对档案整理理论和实践的重新认识。其认识的逻辑起点是现代档案学提出的“档案物质实体双重构成”理论,认识的内在逻辑是档案的历史联系,认识的实践基础是现代档案学理论下的“二元档案实践体系”。在全新的视角下对档案整理进行重新认识后,我们得出了这样的结论:在现代档案学理论和实践体系下,档案整理的本质和核心是对档案历史联系的整理,所有关于档案整理理论及技术方法的创新和变革都应该围绕历史联系和对历史联系的整理进行。在得出这样的结论之后...更多,我们又随之提出了针对档案历史联系整理的整理技术和整理原则,从而实现了档案整理理论和实践的完美统一和结合。 
【Abstract】 Archival arrangement is the central content of the whole archival management activities, and also the foundation and the premise to improve the quality and efficiency of the other archival management works .Having a correct recognition to the theory and practice of the archival arrangement is the key to do other works better. However, the theory of the archival arrangement is not a set of immutable scientific laws. It advances as the social practice advance, which affects directly at the same time the developing of the archival arrangement practice, and so do the theory establishing and the technology developing to the other links of the archival management works. Therefore, archivists should not across varying realms of practice to defend stubbornly the original theory principle, and the recognition to the theory and practice of the archival arrangement must not remain in the past understanding, but should be a sustained developing process.The recognition about archival arrangement wh...更多ich is elaborated in this paper is a re-recognition to the archival arrangement theory and practice, on the basis of former traditional archival theory and the existing research on electronic archives arrangement, after the practice of electronic archives arranging appearing in archival practice. The logical starting point of the recognition is the theory of "dual constitutions in archival material entity" that proposed by modern archives science, the archival historical relation is the internal logic of the recognition, and the practical basis for the recognition is "the dual archival practice system" which is involved in the modern archival theories. After re-recognizing the archival arrangement under a new perspective, we have come to the conclusion: the essence and the core of the archival arrangement under the modern archival theories and practices system, is the arrangement to the archival historical relation, and all the innovation and revolution to the theory and techniques of archival arrangement should focus on the historical relation and also the arrangement to the historical relation. Following such conclusion, we also proposed the technology and principle for archival arrangement which aim at the arrangement of the archival historical relation in order to achieve the perfect unification and combination to the theory and practice of the archival arrangement.
